Our Story

Pintler Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab began as an idea while Dr. Mike Cline PT, DPT, was completing physical therapy school and working on his clinical rotations. At many levels, both as an active patient in therapy and as a growing provider in the field, Mike realized the profession often fostered a culture of complacency with a lack of enthusiasm and inspiration. Therapists were often world-weary and struggled to find joy in their craft. Mike began to visualize an idealistic clinic that encouraged the type of atmosphere where patients would genuinely thrive. Mike wanted to establish a clinic with a team possessing the desire to elevate their craft beyond mediocrity and provide a physical therapy service unlike anywhere else.

Mike’s family has strong ties to the Anaconda, Montana area going back to when both of his grandfathers worked on the historic smelter. His vision flourished further from the recognition that the Anaconda-Deer Lodge valley would benefit from a facility that emphasized direct, patient-centered care. As a community, it became apparent the physical therapy services in the area was not sufficient. Mike felt it would greatly benefit the community if he could replicate this type of facility in Anaconda and Butte.

Pintler Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab strives to offer a dedicated, detail-oriented, patient-centered treatment service that empowers patients. In the modern physical therapy arena, it is not enough to work FOR your patients. At Pintler Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, we work with our patients to achieve real change in their health, wellness and quality of life.

Aubrey Hotine

Marketing and Physician Relations

Aubrey joined the Pintler Physical Therapy family in the spring of 2025, stepping into a dual role of marketing and front desk reception. Aubrey comes from a background in medical billing and coding and while she’s not actively using those skills, she’s grateful to have landed in a position where she can combine her creativity, organization, and love of people to support both the clinic and the community.
Having always admired Dr. Mike Cline and the way he has built Pintler PT into a patient-centered, community-focused clinic, Aubrey is thrilled to now play a part in that mission herself. She looks forward to growing into her role, helping the clinic strengthen its presence in the community and creating new ways for patients to connect with Pintler PT both inside and outside of the clinic. Whether it’s sharing stories of patient success, providing helpful health tips, or highlighting the Anaconda community, Aubrey is excited to use social media and marketing as tools to bring people closer together.
Outside of work, Aubrey loves soaking up the best of Montana. You’ll often find her relaxing in hot springs, dancing at live music shows or festivals, or exploring the outdoors. She’s especially passionate about ballroom dancing and enjoys everything from classic styles to modern variations. Aubrey brings that same energy and joy into her role at Pintler, making her not just a valuable part of the team, but also a friendly, familiar face for patients.
